Well i am not a professional yet..i have got hell a lot of miles to get a professional chef tag.....i hope MUNNAR CATERING COLLEGE will lit up the way....... along with my hard work to be one soon..... cooking is definitely not a paycheck...but in the hearts and minds of chefs they do have it all. My life ambitions were quite weird actually...yes i literally meant AMBITIONS the plural form.....the first one was NDA and then culinary arts....sounds weird right LOL....NDA has got challenges.... Adventures... Excitement.... Surprises........well a chef could also experience these when he is in a date with the dish in the kitchen except adventure.....the fun part is cooking could also become adventurous when the chef has to prepare an innovative dish for his guest ....So in general both offers same satisfaction......now it seems less weird right?????To be frank some of my family members were not much happy about my decision to be chef........I am not blaming anyone.......because a hotelier or a chef is considered not to be a white collared employee.....I Was born and brought up in a "still to be developed in MINDS" place..,in the outskirts of Ernakulam.....,.I experienced a lot of face makings when they get the reply for the questions about my studies and the course i am doing......well i am not telling anything about that now........they could realise it themselves by properly doing a study about that.......its not relevant but please make sure you check their(hotelier's) pay scales also........what is more alluring than to come to your work everyday in awe of creations that come from your hands.....
